On Saturday, the Tour de France 2023 will kick off in Bilbao, Spanish Basque Country, ride North, and finish as usual under the Arc de Triomphe in Paris on July 23. That same day, the second edition of the Tour - Femmes will start in Clermont-Ferrand and go South to end in Pau on July 30.
